Solicita\u00e7\u00e3o de cancelamento<\/strong><br \/>Pedidos de cancelamento dever\u00e3o ser enviados por e-mail \u00e0 Secretaria do Evento (primato@criandoelo.com.br), informando o nome completo do participante.<br \/>A solicita\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e1 considerada a partir da data de recebimento do e-mail pela organiza\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p><p><strong>2. Reembolso de inscri\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong><br \/>Os reembolsos seguir\u00e3o os seguintes prazos e condi\u00e7\u00f5es:<\/p><p>At\u00e9 60 dias antes do in\u00edcio do evento: reembolso de 80% do valor pago.<br \/>Entre 59 e 45 dias antes do in\u00edcio do evento: reembolso de 50% do valor pago.<br \/>Menos de 45 dias antes do in\u00edcio do evento: n\u00e3o haver\u00e1 reembolso.<\/p><p>Os percentuais descontados destinam-se \u00e0 cobertura de taxas administrativas, financeiras e custos operacionais j\u00e1 assumidos para a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o do evento.<\/p><p><strong>3. Forma de reembolso<\/strong><\/p><p>Os reembolsos ser\u00e3o realizados preferencialmente pelo mesmo meio de pagamento utilizado na inscri\u00e7\u00e3o ou por transfer\u00eancia banc\u00e1ria, em at\u00e9 30 dias ap\u00f3s a confirma\u00e7\u00e3o do cancelamento.<br \/>Taxas de servi\u00e7os cobradas por plataformas de pagamento ou operadoras financeiras poder\u00e3o ser descontadas do valor a ser devolvido, quando aplic\u00e1vel.<\/p><p data-start=\"96\" data-end=\"129\"><strong data-start=\"96\" data-end=\"129\">4. Transfer\u00eancia de Inscri\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong><\/p><p data-start=\"131\" data-end=\"333\">Caso o participante n\u00e3o possa comparecer ao evento, ser\u00e1 permitida a transfer\u00eancia da inscri\u00e7\u00e3o para outra pessoa, desde que a solicita\u00e7\u00e3o seja realizada at\u00e9 <strong data-start=\"289\" data-end=\"332\">10 (dez) dias antes do in\u00edcio do evento<\/strong>.<\/p><p data-start=\"335\" data-end=\"513\">Para efetivar a transfer\u00eancia, o participante dever\u00e1 encaminhar \u00e0 Secretaria do Evento, por meio do e-mail <strong data-start=\"442\" data-end=\"471\"><a class=\"decorated-link cursor-pointer\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"444\" data-end=\"469\">primato@criandoelo.com.br<\/a><\/strong>, os dados completos do novo participante.<\/p><p data-start=\"515\" data-end=\"548\"><strong data-start=\"515\" data-end=\"548\">Condi\u00e7\u00f5es para transfer\u00eancia:<\/strong><\/p><ul data-start=\"549\" data-end=\"1049\"><li data-section-id=\"7zwixq\" data-start=\"549\" data-end=\"662\">Transfer\u00eancias entre participantes da <strong data-start=\"589\" data-end=\"621\">mesma categoria de inscri\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong> n\u00e3o geram qualquer cobran\u00e7a adicional.<\/li><li data-section-id=\"156zq47\" data-start=\"663\" data-end=\"869\">Caso a inscri\u00e7\u00e3o tenha sido realizada em uma <strong data-start=\"710\" data-end=\"736\">categoria com desconto<\/strong> e seja transferida para uma <strong data-start=\"765\" data-end=\"791\">categoria sem desconto<\/strong>, o novo participante dever\u00e1 realizar o <strong data-start=\"831\" data-end=\"866\">pagamento da diferen\u00e7a de valor<\/strong>.<\/li><li data-section-id=\"11ofk3f\" data-start=\"870\" data-end=\"1049\">Caso a inscri\u00e7\u00e3o tenha sido realizada em uma <strong data-start=\"917\" data-end=\"943\">categoria sem desconto<\/strong> e seja transferida para uma <strong data-start=\"972\" data-end=\"998\">categoria com desconto<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"1000\" data-end=\"1024\">n\u00e3o haver\u00e1 reembolso<\/strong> da diferen\u00e7a de valores.<\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"1051\" data-end=\"1163\"><strong data-start=\"1051\" data-end=\"1066\">Importante:<\/strong><br data-start=\"1066\" data-end=\"1069\" \/>Ap\u00f3s o prazo estabelecido, n\u00e3o ser\u00e1 poss\u00edvel realizar altera\u00e7\u00f5es na titularidade da inscri\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p><p><strong>5. N\u00e3o comparecimento<\/strong><br \/>O n\u00e3o comparecimento ao evento sem solicita\u00e7\u00e3o pr\u00e9via de cancelamento dentro dos prazos estabelecidos n\u00e3o dar\u00e1 direito a reembolso.<\/p><p><strong>6. Cancelamento ou altera\u00e7\u00e3o do evento pela organiza\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong><br \/>Em caso de cancelamento do evento por parte da organiza\u00e7\u00e3o, os participantes inscritos ter\u00e3o direito ao reembolso integral do valor pago, descontadas apenas eventuais taxas administrativas da plataforma de pagamento, quando aplic\u00e1vel.<br \/>Caso haja altera\u00e7\u00e3o de data ou mudan\u00e7a para formato on-line, os participantes poder\u00e3o optar por:<br \/>\u2013 manter sua inscri\u00e7\u00e3o para a nova data ou formato; ou<br \/>\u2013 solicitar reembolso conforme as orienta\u00e7\u00f5es divulgadas pela organiza\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p><p><strong>7. O desconto ser\u00e1 aplicado automaticamente ap\u00f3s a valida\u00e7\u00e3o do grupo, com gera\u00e7\u00e3o de uma \u00fanica cobran\u00e7a referente ao valor total com desconto.<\/p><p
